Description of PSA subs as a "small fee" is not sufficiently factual; nor is it neutral.

It isn't neutral to state that many state-sector organisations "discourage" people to join unions. This really could be worded much more accurately.

At 2022-09-02 neither "small fee" nor "discourage" remain in the article. However, the fees given in the Membership Fees section are out of date and that section, in my view, borders on advertising.
