The word psychorama is wrong. Who decided to call flashing messages psychorama except the Turkey Awards reference? It is known as Flashing Subliminal Messages in the psychology field. I don't think an encyclopaeida should base its wording on Turkey Awards. Lol.

- Actually, psychorama is correct, just not in the field you're thinking. Psychorama is a film term, used in the film industry, to refer to this. It was coined in 1958. If you're interested in any further research there are some interesting articles about it available, a useful one would be found in the citations for this page if you took a look. Psychorama (and many other terms ending with "rama") come from film fads throughout the history of film.
