Ukraine is armed from USA an EU

and Russia from China and North Korea !

This somewhat applies for that conflict. For both Russia (China) and Ukraine (USA, EU)

I concur with that, judging from the definition from this very page, the Russian invasion of Ukraine is a proxy war (like most major conflicts ends up to be..) Ukraine is American/European proxy and Russia is somewhat China's proxy.

That is a very common talking point within Russian propaganda, but listing Ukrainian war as a proxy war nevertheless does not mean that Ukraine isn't rightly and legally (international law) defending against Russia.
