[edit]

This page should not be speedily deleted because it is covered by sources and is notable. --Endercase (talk) 13:28, 16 August 2017 (UTC)Reply

None of those sources discuss Protocol Labs in any depth at all. Being mentioned does not make a company notable. ‡ Єl Cid of ᐺalencia ᐐT₳LKᐬ 13:36, 16 August 2017 (UTC)Reply
@El cid, el campeador and Alex Shih: The article itself only reflects the information provided in those sources. The article does not go into depth. Additionally, can you show me the promotional wording you refer to on my userpage? Endercase (talk) 13:44, 16 August 2017 (UTC)Reply
@Endercase: - But to establish notability you need in-depth coverage in secondary sources. The sources cited are not in-depth, and the topic of the articles are on the industry generally, only mentioning Protocol labs. I suppose I judged the advertisement CSD too quickly, but I saw a very short article of a marginally notable company with an external link to the company's website. I did not realize you were an established user or I would have given you the benefit of the doubt. It's really nothing personal, and I apologize for that. ‡ Єl Cid of ᐺalencia ᐐT₳LKᐬ 13:49, 16 August 2017 (UTC)Reply
@El cid, el campeador: No problem, I agree that as this time it shouldn't be more that a very basic stub but IMO it is notable. Thank you for trying to keep Wikipedia up to standards. Which UI were you using if you don't mind me asking? Endercase (talk) 13:54, 16 August 2017 (UTC)Reply
