How is the image propoganda?

[edit]

Its pretty factual on the hierarchal system of capitalism. Barnacles14 (talk) 19:37, 4 March 2021 (UTC)Reply

@Barnacles14 Propaganda isn't when a piece of media is factually incorrect, it's when a piece of media is attempting to convince its audience to take a certain course of action or believe a certain set of ideas. Persuading an audience can be achieved with both fact and fallacy; in fact, using accurate information tends to be very persuasive.
The image in question, for example, describes the state of affairs in capitalism at the time it was produced, in an effort to persuade the audience that the system is unfair, and in turn to start taking steps to fight against it. (Personally, I'm not a big fan of capitalism, so I agree with the aims of this propaganda) --MtPenguinMonster (talk) 12:31, 17 September 2023 (UTC)Reply

"Specific Techniques" section

[edit]

Currently the "Specific Techniques" section is unfocused and disorganised. It reads like a glossary of buzzwords. There are multiple images, but it is unclear which techniques they correspond to. This section could be improved by grouping the techniques into categories, and by editing the image captions to make it clear which techniques they refer to. --MtPenguinMonster (talk) 08:46, 24 February 2024 (UTC)Reply

@MtPenguinMonster Sorry to disagree, but I don't personally think that the "Specific Techniques" section is disorganized, but I'm always here to negotiate and talk about the topic. 𝕷𝖆𝖛𝖆𝕾𝖆𝖑𝖙𝕬𝕺𝖅 - 𝖑 (talk) 18:09, 25 March 2026 (UTC)Reply

I have a higher quality image for the main image!

[edit]

The first picture @Barnacles14 talked about is a bad quality picture, so should we change it to this instead?

I think we should vote on it. If you want to vote, type YES or NO. CΛΛI (talk) 17:58, 25 March 2026 (UTC)Reply
