- I would say no. Such a person is not a promagistrate, but rather a person who holds an office with the prefix "pro-" slapped to the front. Ifly6 (talk) 04:46, 19 March 2023 (UTC)
Merge with prorogatio
[edit]This article is mostly duplicatory and should be merged with prorogatio. The title promagistrate is probably more common than the Latin term, which will probably lead to its retention here.
