Project Safe Childhood Incarnations

There are several incarnations of Project Safe Childhood, each with a roman numeral number. As of 2022 the count was up to Project Safe Childhood VIII. A majority of the cases are handled by the FBI and the HSI carry out the investigation. A joint task force (CEOU) out of Massachusetts heads up the investigations. Templates for affidavits in application of a search warrant are issued from the NIAC out of the DOJ.
