On economy
[edit]DPP was a social democratic party before it turned its focus to Taiwanese independence around 2000. It's debatable whether it's currently a liberal party. KMT clearly leans toward social liberalism with its policies of low tax rate, healthcare system, and reduced tariffs through ECFA.111.248.14.223 (talk) 18:49, 27 June 2011 (UTC)
Expansion of page
[edit]This page definitely needs an expansion. It has very little info on the ideology of progressivism specific to Taiwan. The pages for Progressivism in South Korea and Progressivism in the United States are much more detailed and have more information. I believe that this page should reflect that level.
