Removed BUILD Windows Conference

I removed the BUILD Windows conference details because this is not PDC. Microsoft has never officially called it PDC. All of the information on the web was just assumed by a bunch of tech bloggers with no real information. PDC is also reported to be happening in Seattle according to a slip on the Microsoft India website, however I must re-iterate that BUILD is not PDC, and Microsoft has made no official announcement regarding PDC.
