Reclassification of Prodeinodon

[edit]

Ruiz-Omeñaca & Canudo (2003) referred Prodeinodon to Maniraptora and found Altispinax dunkeri to be similar to P. mongoliensis and P. kwangshiensis. For this reason, the classification of Prodeinodon should be updated.

Un nuevo dinosaurio terópodo ("Prodeinodon" sp.) en el Cretácio Inferior de La Cantalera (Teruel) [A new theropod dinosaur ("Prodeinodon" sp.) from the Lower Cretaceous of La Cantalera (Teruel, Spain)].
