This page is not unambiguously promotional. ProbOnto is a free and publicly available database and ontology - it is not a product or else and the authors of ProbOnto or this Wikipedia article don't follow any commercial goals. It is a results of extensive research invested during last two years. The article describes a resource of generic use and purpose in computational sciences, such as pharmacometrics, quantitative systems pharmacology and systems biology. It offers a technological support/solution for interoperability as encountered in above listed areas. ProbOnto has been published in an highly ranked academic journal, Bioinformatics (see references section).
