The Background section of this article is missing some information. I'd appreciate the community's consideration in including the following:
- In 2021 and 2022, Progress Residential acquired approximately 3,300 homes from Zillow Group's Zillow Offers business, making Pretium one of the largest institutional buyers of Zillow's single-family home portfolio.[1]
In 2023, Pretium paid $1.5 billion to D.R. Horton for 4,000 rental homes.[2] That same year, Jonathan Pruzan was appointed president[3]In October 2024, Stephen Scherr was named co-president. [4] Also in 2024, Pretium acquired BH Management Services.[5]- In 2025, Pretium introduced new investment strategies, including homebuilder finance vehicles,[6] a third credit fund,[7] More than $1 billion in homebuilder loans were originated in the first half of the year, which supported the construction of approximately 5,000 homes.[8] The firm also announced an expansion into insurance-focused private credit solutions.[9]

Progress Residential is not Wiklinked.- The Pretium article is not the place for the company to announce new investment strategies.

- Progress Residential is already Wikilinked in the second paragraph of the Background section. That is why I didn't include it in my suggestion above. That Pretium is one of the largest institutional buyers is worthy of inclusion, no?
- Rephrasing my second suggestion (of the fourth bullet above) to be:
- During the first half of 2025, more than $1 billion in homebuilder loans were originated, supporting the construction of approximately 5,000 homes.[1] In 2025, the firm also began offering insurance-focused private credit solutions.[2]
