Creation of Pretext as separate document

I created the article for the term pretext to emphasize the difference between the term's use in social engineering (i.e. pretexting) and its use in other fields, most notably politics. I am doing so in the hope that we can add more to this article as more circumstances in which a pretext is used come to light. Lioux (talk) 22:56, 27 October 2008 (UTC)Reply

In my opinion, the disambiguated word pretext when not in the sense of social engineering is more geared towards a dictionary entry than an encyclopedia entry... this is a grouping of random historical anecdotes which, while interesting, do nothing to help define or explain the concept of the pretext.
