[edit]What is the point of dividing the definition of "predoctoral fellow" into physical sciences, natural sciences, and mathematics before providing a general description of the concept? I would first of all introduce a comprehensive description on what a predoctoral fellow is before presenting further details (that have to be supported by reliable sources).
In general, a "predoctoral fellow" is an undergraduate or graduate student that receive funds (usually merit-based) to pursue their studies without associated teaching or research responsibilities.
Examples of predoctoral fellowship programs are the Harvard predoctoral fellowship program[1] and the Cornell University fellowship program [2].
I would start the article by clearly expressing this concept before going into further detail.
On a side note, at the moment, the division of the "differences" of predoctoral fellows of physical sciences, natural sciences, and mathematics are not supported by any source. RobV (talk) 19:35, 11 March 2017 (UTC)
