Merge with Emery Telcom
[edit]I believe this article should be merged with the Emery Telcom article, as Emery Telcom aqquired this company, and there is no longer sufficiant information available about Precis to justify this article, or find very many reliable sources. As such, this company is no longer notable enough to justify having its own article.74.214.250.169 (talk) 09:49, 1 January 2010 (UTC)
