To whoever seems to have done a copy/paste from the "about us" section of prepass.com: you might want to consider that:

  1. the prepass.com folks may have a copyright or at least an implied copyright on the contents of their Web site, and it may not be permitted to copy its text.
  2. it's a commercial entity, and therefore this "about us" is designed to promote their business; it's not encyclopedic. Consider for example this (WP) is an international site, and phrases like "the nation" are irrelevant in this context (not all readers live in the US, so "the nation" for the reader could refer to Canada, Australia, England, etc. depending on where they are). In particular, it's highly subjective to say "the nation's foremost" anything...not encyclopedic.

Marketing nonsense

[edit]

This page still doesnt explain the technology! Even though "weigh in motion" is mentioned, it does not explain whether the WIM stations are owned by Prepass or by the authorities, and why they are able to allow only Prepass customers through.

This page should be deleted until someone outside of Prepass can make an independent article.
