Talk:Power training

Hi, how does everyone feel about this page not being a redirect page to 'Ballistic training' but a dedicated 'Power training' page which would feature 'Ballistic training', 'Complex training', 'Plyometrics', Heavy power lifts such as the power clean, clean and jerk and so forth. Essentially, it would give a more comprehensive view of 'Power training' in that it would provide a larger overview. There could of course be links to the other more dedicated pages such as 'Ballistic Training'. Any thoughts on this suggestion? Thanks. RickyBennison (talk) 14:45, 3 November 2018 (UTC)
