Lack of specifics, as well as dead sources

There is a lot of information that is missing on this page including construction of the buoys, mechanical schematics, and perhaps more information of how the machinery converts the motion of the waves into electricity and how the generator operates. Also, I don't really understand the importance and advantages of deep water emplacements and a low-profile. Would those just be related to the locations where these PowerBuoys can be placed? The sections about the mechanics of wave power could also be expanded on and made into its own section. Also given that this device generates power, it would be helpful to focus on the power generation potential of the PowerBuoys along with cost and environmental impact.
