Might it be possible to remove almost all of the bolding?

It makes the article sound rediculous.

It's actually a rather poor article all round. For example, we're told that "achieving a level 11.2 minimum will be satisfactory" on the "VO2 Max bleep test", but there's absolutely no indication of what that actually means, nor of many of the other numerical scores given. It also says "you will be required" which makes me suspicious that it might simply have been copied from somewhere. I've several cleanup tags on it in the hope that someone with the requisite knowledge can improve it. 86.132.142.39 01:35, 10 November 2006 (UTC)Reply

Bleep test and the levels of it are quite well known I would have thought (one level for each 'lap' passed), and VO2 Max is a test of maximum oxygen consumption. Although I agree that this article needs cleaning up and presented in a more efficient fashion. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 94.195.251.115 (talk) 14:56, 5 June 2011 (UTC)Reply

Fourth reference appears to be advertising

[edit]

It seems that the fourth external link is linking to a commercial site and looks suspiciously like advertising. Any thoughts on it's relevancy? —Preceding unsigned comment added by 188.141.110.79 (talk) 11:51, 8 February 2011 (UTC)Reply
