Post-mortem is not for successful projects

I would like to change the first sentence to "A post-mortem is a process, usually performed at the conclusion of a failed project, to determine what caused the project to fail, or after an impactful downtime on an business-critical application to understand what were the causes of the downtime and how to avoid them in the future."

To me, a post-mortem is a kind of meeting that is held only when the project failed, and made to prevent issues from arising again. If the goal is to review the life of a project, good and bad included, I'd rather call it a "retrospective".

I've started this change as a conversation because I'm not sure if this is my personal view on this kind of meeting, in which case nevermind, or if this is quite universal and the article needs to be updated. Kessalya (talk)) 15:05, 27 January 2021 (UTC)
