Authors -- last name first

Some of the earliest references put the author's last name first... IMO it is a method that only makes sense to use in paper documents. For electronic documents, where the reader can use searching and sorting, IMO, it makes more sense to put the names in the original order. I've done that for the references I added. Statement that Albuquerque installed it

In this edit, the following statement was inserted. I can find no indication that it was ever installed, so I removed the claim.

″Albuquerque did not recess its loo within the park where it was placed. It placed the loo so its door opened directly on to a sidewalk, facing the street, a measure to make it easier for neighbours to notice suspicious activity.″

Pretty biased article

Oof, this article is pretty light on actual information about the Portland Loo and pretty heavy on including biased content. To be simple: I moved objective information about the design & features of the loo up to the top, above extraneous information.

Text wrapping in table?

Motion to purge the list of locations

Per WP:NOTCATALOG #6, a long list of location is like store locations and it doesn't seem appropriate as it could end up being a client list that could cause Madden Fabrication and the city's financial interest to be encouraged. They started out as somewhat rare, and a non-catalog list, but maybe it's time to trim this down to a simple statement about states in which they are located. ☆ Bri (talk) 17:44, 25 July 2024 (UTC)

Even that sounds excessive. If this was an article about a brand of traffic lights, we're probably not going to list out cities/states that use them. I don't see why install bases should be listed out. Graywalls (talk) 07:17, 26 July 2024 (UTC)
