Done. Someone obviously mistakenly typed 39 degrees latitude instead of 29 degrees. I've left the rest of the coordinates intact rather than using the coordinates you've given above, since the port facilities apparently cover a rather extensive area and thus shouldn't be as precise as those you've specified.
