No edits possible?

Now this is weird, the mayor's name is visible in the editing page but not the actual article, no matter what I do. Nothing can be deleted or added. --Skraelinger 16:40, 9 March 2007 (UTC)Reply

Found the problem - the field name is "Town Mayor". It should be working now. --Ckatzchatspy 21:14, 11 March 2007 (UTC)Reply

Great, Thanks. --Skraelinger 18:22, 12 March 2007 (UTC)Reply

Herbert Sylvester Clements - local??

[edit]

I just looked him up on the Parliament of Canada website...his riding was Kent West in Ontario....yet the article says he was a "local MP".  ????? Maybe because the company owning the logging operation at the time was based there? or he passed a bill related to the town somehow???Skookum1 (talk) 03:35, 18 February 2009 (UTC)Reply

OK, his Wiki biopage clears that up, he was MP for Comox-Atlin from 1911 to 1921....odd that that's not on the Parliament of Canada page, although maybe the listing I saw was only his first riding...ok [http://www2.parl.gc.ca/Parlinfo/Files/Parliamentarian.aspx?Item=788af498-0867-47ce-9b0b-a659e0c3ad21&Language=E&MenuID=Lists.Members.aspx&MenuQuery=http%3A%2F%2Fwww2.parl.gc.ca%2FParlinfo%2FLists%2FMembers.aspx%3FParliament%3D%26Riding%3D%26Name%3Dc%26Party%3D%26Province%3D%26Gender%3D%26New%3DFalse%26Current%3DFalse%26Picture%3DFalse%26Language%3DE here it is on his "bio" page (such as it is).Skookum1 (talk) 03:38, 18 February 2009 (UTC)Reply
