March 2019 parking references

In late March, the Guardian broke the news about segregated play areas created by Henley Homes on the Lilian Baylis Old School site in Lambeth

The gist of the story is that Henley diverged from the scheme that had been given planning approval, by erecting fixed hedges rather than gates.
