I have an issue here: Pontoon boats are not the same as Pontoons. In fact, they never actually used pontoons. This article mixes the two.

The article primarily discusses pontoon boats, consisting of a hull resting on floats or pontoons, rather than pontoons used in the context of boating. Poorly written
