20–40% of fresh weight?

This number sounds implausibly high, as fresh fruiting bodies are afaik mostly water by weight. Could someone verify whether the source talks of fresh or dry weights? Soulful potato (talk) 20:45, 9 September 2025 (UTC)Reply
