The wording "Various special polynomial sequences are known by eponyms; among these are:" suggests that there were mathematicians called "Rook" and "Spread", as well as the Factorial twins, Rising and Falling. Richard Pinch (talk) 06:12, 25 July 2008 (UTC)Reply
