Why delete the article? Cause it is short?

Following are some corrections about some of the details about polymake which are mentioned in the article.

Polymake's initial release was done in 1998 and not in 1989.
Reference 17 is incorrect. The correct reference is the following
Ewgenij Gawrilow and Michael Joswig. polymake: a framework for analyzing convex polytopes. Polytopes—combinatorics and computation (Oberwolfach, 1997), 43–73, DMV Sem., 29, Birkhäuser, Basel, 2000. MR1785292 (2001f:52033).[2]
