This article implies that C does not obey the strict aliasing rule. That isn't actually true; the strict aliasing rule exists in C89 and C99. It's just that compilers are much less likely to enforce it. 75.119.242.237 (talk) 20:10, 31 August 2010 (UTC)Reply
