Organism length

[edit]

Wikiarticle section referenced "ciliary sleeve is inconspicuous, around 1.5 μm long..."

The length qualifier ("around 1.5μm") could be interpreted as applying only to the ciliary sleeve, or to the organism as a whole given that the entire sentence referenced is a list of podomonas characteristics. Additional confusion with what this measurement refers to could be alleviated by including the average size of the overall organism in a separate sentence. Size metrics are often important characteristics of a genus anyway; so two birds, one stone! --Microbioncsu12 (talk) 13:44, 27 August 2023 (UTC)Reply

@Microbioncsu12 You are absolutely right, thanks for pointing this out! —Snoteleks 🦠 13:54, 27 August 2023 (UTC)Reply
