It would make slightly more sense to readers unfamiliar with any Cyrillic forms. If transliteration is not possible, can we have an IPA equivalent for the same reason. User:Evlekis (Евлекис) 14:57, 4 March 2010 (UTC)

Capital relocation to Preslav
