Amoebozoa are not fungi
[edit]The description explains that this is a fungal progress, but the final sentence talks about Amoebozoa undergoing this process, however Amoebozoa are protists, which are not fungi. So, is it a process that looks like plasmogomy that the Amoebozoa are going through, or is it that it has been discovered that other eukaryotes are able to also undergo plasmogomy?

- Looking briefly into it, it seems that plasmogomy is not a process isolated to fungi, but also plants and protists can do it. How cool!
