Photos of Pizza Cat

The articles currently does not have any photos. I would like a photo of Pizza Cat, and possibly a morale patch or two, to be added. NotToshikills (talk) 06:19, 8 June 2026 (UTC)

The only verifiably public domain media I could find is this video from DVIDS. There are plenty of different still from the video that could make a good starting point, and you could also reach out to Redditors about officially releasing their pictures with a CC license. I did as you suggested and uploaded a still from the DVIDS video. Also, I noticed MWFwiki added a photo to the infobox while I was doing so. I opted to change it to the DVIDS photo because it has a cleaner appearance, and moved MWFwiki's photo downwards. MWFwiki, please let me know if this was not okay. @NotToshikills Looks good. Need to center the infobox picture, though. That should be cropped more to enable it without the CSS fluff. Redditors must upload their own photos. I've dealt with this before... Commons does not accept permission statements via a third party. Umais Bin Sajjad, FWIW, the image I'm referring to is not the infobox image. It's in the body (the one with the patch). We can just take that out as it's not properly-licensed. — MWFwiki (talk) 00:50, 12 June 2026 (UTC)

I understand but the image concern is mainly about small-size clarity/cropping. The nominated one is licensed, but it may not be the clearest choice at DYK thumbnail size. It would be good to go, if the image is switched to a clearer one, such as File:Pizza Cat Al Udeid.png, or omitted from the hook. Umais🗣 06:01, 12 June 2026 (UTC)

Queen of the Deid/Dead/Many

Al Udeid translates as "the many" or some variant, which is moot because it's used as a proper name (no one calls Las Vegas "The Fields"), but I'm also getting George Romero vibes from this.
