It does make sense and I thank you for taking the time to review the article and respond. This is a learning experience. I would like to suggest that you visit the wiki page on the Lawrence Public Library in Lawrence, Kansas. I used their page as a guide for my original page. The info on the Lawrence page has remained intact and our page has been shortened to a paragraph about our building. Why would someone take out the library hours and zipcode?

Because, like so many other things in this article, they're rather trivial — this is meant to be an encyclopedia article, not a site to list anything and everything about the library. Wikipedia isn't a directory or a guide to help someone know what times the library is open: that's why we include a link to the library's website for the person who wants to use it. Not all libraries are notable enough for their own articles; this one is notable because of its National Register status, so we concentrate primarily on the building. There's nothing wrong with including some information about the library's collection or history, but we need to be careful to use and cite some reliable sources for anything and everything that we add.
