Clarify meaning of a paragraph in the entry about Pissouris village, Cyprus

[edit]

The meaning of the following sentence is unclear: "Another legend claims that 'the Saint Fathers’ pursued during the post-Christian era, were met in Pissouri’s region during a really black night." ,1. What is meant by 'during the post Christian era? (There is Before Christian Era/BCE) or Christian Era/CE. I assume it means CE? 2. Who 'pursued the Saint Fathers? And what is meant by 'met them'? Does it mean 'caught them'? Suggestions welcome. RubyEqualityAction (talk) 13:32, 18 November 2025 (UTC)Reply
