Angels who went to heaven
[edit]Mrs. Sterngen, Annica, Tommy. Mrs. Strengen ask Pippi about her parents. Pippi was left alone without a guardian or parent responsible for taking care of her. Pippi states to Annica and Tommy's mother that her father is out to sea, her mother is an angel just like Mary/Marry Madine, Mona Lisa, Mother Teresa, Divine Mary, were all in Heaven. Pippi looked into the heavens of the firament skies, then says "she is tough enough to take of herself". User:99.243.122.150 04:32, 25 June 2009
Illustrators
[edit]I think the article needs a section on the illustrators, especially Ingrid Nyman, who was instrumental in making a success of the Swedish editions, but we should also look into the illustrators of the English editions. Maybe we could also include something on the various translators.--Ipigott (talk) 15:32, 9 September 2020 (UTC)
peter pan
[edit]Why is there a reference to peter pan in here? seems completely out of left field in an article that has nothing to do with peter pan. if we just listed things that shared common traits with things in every article there would be ridiculous bloat; whats the justification here? am i missing something? - It was added 2010, without much motivation. It would probably be fine to remove it. Paditor (talk) 22:53, 19 August 2024 (UTC)
New lead image?
[edit]I suggest chaging the current lead image with File:Vang Nyman, Ingrid - Pippi Långstrump.png which I recently uploaded to examplify the books' illustrator. It is also a non-free image, but it is much clearer and sharper. If no one is opposed, I'll change it a few days from now. Rose Abrams (T C L) 16:32, 10 April 2026 (UTC)
