Due to a lack of sources to establish independent notability for Harry A. Cole, I propose that the entirety of the article (a few sentences) be merge into its own section in this article. I can find no non-trivial sources that would help expand the Cole article; all of them seem to relate directly to this and are not substantial enough for a full and neutral biography on this individual.
