[edit]Hi, I believe a "Pile" (plural Piles?) is a "Pathological Haemorroid" rather than just a "Haemorroid".
This is clearly stated in the "Haemorroid" article.
In other words, a "Pile" is an element of the set of "Pathological Haemorroids", which is itself a proper subset of the set of "All Haemorroids".
Therefore "Pile" is a separate concept from "Heamorroid" itself, so it should have it's own article and n ot be used just as a disambiguation.
IMHO, there is a missing brick of the Wikipedia edifice / conceptual hierarchy here.
Also, if we can have "Piles" and "Haemorroids" then we can surely have "Pile" and "Haemorroid" — Preceding unsigned comment added by Jjalexand (talk • contribs) 13:56, 13 March 2012 (UTC)
