I suggest there also be a web page for a different Philip Allott (among other things Professor of International Law, Legal Adviser in the Foreign and Commonwealth Office (1960-1973), Legal Adviser, British Military Government, Berlin (1965-68) and Legal Counsellor, British Permanent Representation to the European Communities, Brussels (1972-73)), who seems pretty notable to me.
