No, Peyman is the standardized spelling, pronounced mostly in Persian as peɪˈmɑːn. You can't expect Wikipedia to change to your deluded opinion on the name, search Google with "site:en.wikipedia.org پیمان" to see what English spelling is by far most common.
No idea what piːˈmɑːn is, but you need to learn more about the standardize spellings of names. And the pronunciation of these names.
