- No, Peyman is the standardized spelling, pronounced mostly in Persian as peɪˈmɑːn. You can't expect Wikipedia to change to your deluded opinion on the name, search Google with "site:en.wikipedia.org پیمان" to see what English spelling is by far most common.
- No idea what piːˈmɑːn is, but you need to learn more about the standardize spellings of names. And the pronunciation of these names.
