The term "pesticide standard value" is used nowhere outside of this page and the publications of Li and Jennings. The terms used for maximum acceptable limits vary depending on if the residues are in water, soil, food etc. There are pages existing already for each of these "pesticide residues" "environmental effects of pesticides", "health effects of pesticides", where acceptable levels are dealt with. This page in my opinion is not notable. Therefore I suggest we merge it into "soil contamination". If there are no objections I will do this after 2 weeks.
