Merge from or to Pechiney–Ugine–Kuhlmann process
[edit]The article Pechiney–Ugine–Kuhlmann process was started before this one and has lots of good contennt. But the title looks suspect and cumbersome, so I need to check to see if it is widely used. But somehow these two articles need to be merged since they are about the same thing. --Smokefoot (talk) 14:31, 31 August 2014 (UTC)
Elegance of this Peroxide process ?
[edit]Besides not co-producing salt(s) in this process, its role for acetone fixates and protects the ammoniacal nitrogen atom so that a hydrogen-nitrogen bond can participate in substitution and an carbon-nitrogen double bond addition reaction. --- Mountainninja (talk) 21:18, 2 February 2015 (UTC)
