The grammar in this article makes it essentially unreadable, though I'm sure there are some reasonable ideas and references in it. Could someone who knows enough about the subject rewrite it please?

The article presents a European Union centralized point of view which is developed from this one source. The article needs to be expanded to include methodologies from other world regions. For example, Performance-Based Design is well entrenched in Australia, New Zealand, and Canada, and is still developing in the United States. RemotelyInterested (talk) 18:04, 18 February 2022 (UTC)
