Shiva Boy and Doubles
[edit]The old railway lines stopped off at Debe which is north of Penal. Debe is a smaller settlement the is located along the SS Erin Road between San Fernando and Penal. This settlement is known for its east indian cuisine such as doubles, aloo pie, etc... Shiva Boys College is located in Debe and the South University campus is currently being constructed there.
