Pegeia vs Peyia

Image captioned "Concise presentation of Pegeia"

First of all, this image needs to be more precisely described. What is the provenance of this constructed slideshow image.

Second of all, and relatedly, the image's wikimedia entry describes it as being basically a wikipedia user's own research production, vaguely citing works which which do not themselves exist. It is simply someone's idiosyncratic text which has been smuggled onto a wikipedia page by being placed on an image.
