Tribe name
[edit]The name of the article is Pazooka, but the name used in the text is Pazukî. Should the article be moved, or should both alternate spellings be used in the text? WikiDan61ChatMe!ReadMe!! 14:29, 17 March 2021 (UTC)
- I would move the name to ‘Pazukî’. --Semsûrî (talk) 15:19, 17 March 2021 (UTC)
- @Semsûrî: Do you have a reliable source for that change? WikiDan61ChatMe!ReadMe!! 15:34, 17 March 2021 (UTC)
- @WikiDan61: Both 'Pazukî' and 'Pazuki' are commonly used, but the first one is the correct Kurdish spelling. The tribe was mentioned in Sharafnama, this Turkish translation seem to have kept the original 'î', while this English text uses 'i' instead.. I would personally go with 'î', but just had a look at Template:Kurdish tribes where most article titles use 'i' instead of 'î' (see Barzani (tribe)). Thus, I guess 'Pazuki' would do. --Semsûrî (talk) 15:48, 17 March 2021 (UTC)
- @Semsûrî: Thank you. I'll correct the article with proper sources and then move (if I can) or request a move based on your input. WikiDan61ChatMe!ReadMe!! 15:59, 17 March 2021 (UTC)
- Move request has been submitted. WikiDan61ChatMe!ReadMe!! 16:48, 17 March 2021 (UTC)
