Potential to grow into an article
[edit]Pay gap currently disambiguates between articles with many parallels. I think it has potential to become a broad-concept article or set-index article.
Several articles intentionally link to the disambiguation page because they relate to pay gaps in general. This is a sign that a true article is warranted. (List of incoming links)
