I added a couple of 'clarification' tags to the article:

Darbar of Hazrat Syed Sakhi Baba Abbas Ali Shah at Darbar road Pattoki - I don't know what all of this is or how it fits into the history section.
Urs of "Hazrat Abass Ali Shah" - not sure what this is either, a festival?

Some sections read like an advertisement and are probably original research, particulary the 'food street' and 'Present day Pattoki' sections. Both contain long lists of local businesses.
