NPOV concerns

Hi @Greenmooseguavajuice: I accepted this article because it now clearly meets WP:BLP. However, I worry that the article could be considered WP:NPOV as too critical. For example, "Tensions between Labat and the jail's critics escalated further" or "The management of the jail has also produced public disputes". (These were also previously placed in a section that violated WP:CSECTION.) IMO it is better to simply describe the contents of the dispute rather than labelling them as "tensions" or "disputes". Please rewrite in a more neutral, fact-stating tone -- if Labat has mismanaged the prison, show that in the documented events rather than describing with emotive language.
