Does any one know anything of this? One of the external links (the references listed at the end of this article) says that the Charter of Patients Rights had been abolished by the then Labour Government in 2000 - pity. Surely,there must still be one? ACEOREVIVED (talk) 21:18, 2 June 2009 (UTC)Reply

It was replaced by NHS Plan in 2000 and the NHS Constitution in 2011, based on the recommendation of the 2008 Darzi Report 80.41.56.181 (talk) 17:24, 6 December 2014 (UTC)Reply
